Our Mission

We believe every person should have a place to call home. GroupGives suppor ts organizations and programs that promote this belief.

GroupGives was established in 2013 as the charitable arm of The Group Real Estate. Since 1976, the Partners at The Group have been generous community supporters. We believe ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.’ GroupGives supports this by:

• Combining and focusing the collective generosity of our Partners for greater effectiveness and visibility in the community
• Including our families and our customers in our efforts to help assure that Northern Colorado is an amazing place to live for ALL of its residents
• Insuring that The Group’s legacy of giving continues; that all Group Partners, present and future, participate in charitable giving and active volunteerism

As Realtors, we want to help people achieve their definition of ‘home.’

How To Apply For Funding From GroupGives

Information about GroupGives and the application to request funds are available at the website of the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado, www.nocofoundation.org. Organizations must have 501(c)(3) status to apply.

Deadlines for grant requests are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

Grant requests will be reviewed and applicants will be notified before the last day of the month following the deadline.
